Pricing:
A minimum order $100.00 net is required. There is a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces per style. For Bracelets, bangles and necklaces the minimum quantity is 6 pcs. Exceptions would be wooden boxes and LED boxes. Cardboard boxes are sold per packs as shown. All prices shown are subject to change without notice. Where tax is applicable, it will automatically be added to your invoice.
Ordering:
We offer a toll-free telephone service for placing orders. When ordering, please indicate the item number, colour and quantity. Please Order Carefully. We will not assume responsibility for improperly placed orders. Custom orders may require pre-payment.
Shipping:
Shipments are made via ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will appear as a separate item on your invoice. All shipments are F.O.B our warehouse.
Returns:
Returns must be made within 10 days. Any returned product must be unused, in it’s original packaging, and must be shipped to us freight prepaid and insured for the full value. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without our prior authorization (call for a return authorization number)

DIES
All printing is dependent upon the receipt of a customer finished “camera ready” artwork. If artwork is not camera ready there is a charge of $25.00 per die to convert into the proper format. On orders under $500.00 there will be a $60.00 per die charge (regular boxes)
On orders over $500.00 one (1) die will be supplied free of charge (regular boxes)
**Any dies larger than 2~ requires an additional charge.
